If you're asking what other Miike Takeshi films you should watch, go check out Audition. That movie is like "oh my god, i'm gonna be sick." It's not goofy like Ichi, it's a much darker, twisted movie.
And of course, there's always the requisite Battle Royale everyone needs to watch. Don't bother with the sequel though.

I don't think I suggested this. I prefer watching re-runs of the D and D cartoon from the 80's.
